Support Project Managers by preparing and following up on transmittals, RFI’s, material samples, and Shop drawings submittals. Research buyouts, complex items, and materials, and assist Project Manager/Executive, Purchasing, and Engineering in RFQs and requisitioning.
Coordinate the design, fabrication, and coordination of mockups and samples.
Support project management to keep projects in operations system up to date based on production
Create and maintain project and field documentation for projects, including RFI’s, Submittals, Change Order Log, Issue Log, Scheduling

Education and/or Experience:
One (1) to two (2) year certificate from college or technical school; or two (2) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in construction and the woodworking industry
Sebastien DesMarais, President, graduated from the University of Florida with majors in Computer Engineering and Finance. He spent six years with General Electric, working in Information Technology and Corporate Finance in the United States and globally. He joined Hollywood Woodwork in 2010 and became the Company's Chief Financial Officer shortly after. In 2015 Sebastien became Hollywood Woodwork's 4th President, overseeing company Financial, Sales, and Operations. Sebastien coordinates with Hollywood Woodwork's Senior Leadership Team to ensure that resources are available to conduct operations and lead the company's strategic direction. Sebastien also serves on the Board of Directors for the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) where he served as their 2021 President.

Yves DesMarais, Chairman & CEO, moved from Quebec, Canada in 1969 to start Hollywood Woodwork with his family. He obtained a degree in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. As CEO of Hollywood Woodwork since 1974, he has navigated the company from a small local shop to a recognized provider of fine architectural woodwork nationally and throughout the Caribbean. His focus is on strategic direction, relationship development and fiscal oversight of the company. Yves and his partners sold 30% of the company ownership to the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) in 1999, officially making Hollywood Woodwork an employee-owned company, with a goal of eventually becoming 100% employee-owned. He served ten years on the board of the Tropical Forest Foundation and served as National President of the Architectural Woodwork Institute in 1994-1995.
